The person I like the most! Why?

Appearance:
It is said that “First impression is last impression” My selected personality is a live example of this saying. He always keeps himself well suited in his personal as well as professional life.

Confidence:
He developed his confidence by performing a challenging job like in country juices; he achieved such targets which were supposed to be an impossible for individual one.
He achieved three month targets within one month which gave him a lot of confidence to explore his convincing and persuasive communication qualities. He believes that success is a primary key to get confidence.

Extensive Knowledge:
He says that there is no alternate of experience but more experience. Means to say, you can compete with experienced person by having and utilizing a more and more experience. He keeps a 28 year working experience in many fields which is no doubt a competitive edge for him.

Persuasive Communication:
In many countries, he represent different Pakistani Hosiery product on the behalf of Pakistan Hosiery manufacturing Association (PHMA). It became possible just because of his persuasive communication with foreign buyer.

Friendly Attitude:
He knows that how to communicate in a loving manner to win the heart of his colleagues as well as clients. He put his all efforts to resolves the problems of people. Positive
He knows better that if a Person has a confidence but he doesn't have an attitude than his confidence is meaningless. Similarly if the person is intelligent but he doesn't have confidence to communicate then his intelligence is worthless. And I found these both qualities in his personality.

Dedication:
He describes that the key of his success was his dedication to his assigned job. Whenever he was assigned some specific task he not only put his effort to fulfill it but he also delivered additional benefits as well. He says that you cannot be sincere with others if you are not sincere with yourself, with your job and with your responsibilities.
