Sanden A/C: Provisions of Warranty

• We lawfully undertake he warranty that all the air conditioners which you purchase through our company or through our official dealers, are defect free both in terms of their material and their craftsmanship, if subjected to appropriate use.
• The duration of warranty will be the earlier of a period of 12 months or a usage of 20,000 km (both from the date of purchase).
• Self replacement of a defective part with a non genuine one automatically ceases the warranty.
• The warranty can only be claimed by the original purchaser and shall not be applicable to its subsequent purchaser regardless of where and how it is being used.
• Replacement of defective parts and gas charges (where applicable) shall be carried out free of cost during warranty period.
•  The warranty won't be applicable if:                       
• Purchase is made from any unauthorized dealer, or
•  The unit Is damaged due to mishandling, or
• Parts not manufactured or supplied by Thal engineering are used, or
• Any modifications are made in the original auto-air conditioner.
