The stage after determination of scope and objective is
system investigation and feasibility study. For this we have prepare the
feasibility report for this issue, that what type of situations and condition
would be feasible for any type of proposal.
After the feasibility report the next stage comes is Need
Analysis that involves the identification of the problem.
Need has arises due to some problems as the previous system.
Lesco was using very bad system because of the following reasons:
First of all it was recorded by taking much time and due to
departmentalization the retrieval of data was difficult. And the most important
need is for the need of expert and an economical system for the whole procedure
which is required to be done.
Maintenance of the previous system is very difficult for the
lay man to do it or to repair it.
After analysis of the previous system we have suggesting
some new points or points or elements which actually lacks in previous or old
system. And after using the new system we will achieve a better availability of
data in a short time.
And the most important element which is available in this
new system is that it is user friendly and provides a wide variety of benefits
in somewhat low cost. In the new system we will be using better operating
system which actually makes it user friendly for the user.
